Type 27 unitized wheels are great for controlled material removal while imparting a final finish. These wheels also remove coated abrasive grind marks and polish welds, and are great for edge breaking and final finishing. A series of four styles offer different advantages when cleaning, finishing, grinding, deburring, blending and polishing: Series 524 for general purpose cleaning, finishing and polishing; Series 632 requires light pressure for fine finishing and polishing, highly conformable material that provides a clean, bright surface on stainless steel finishes, blends tool marks, and removes slight surface imperfections; Series 811 highest stock removal and edge breaking capability, and is the most aggressive for deburring; Series 821 provides high stock removal, long life and productivity, and very durable on edge.
