EN Perfume PH currently ships within the Philippines. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from EN Perfume PH. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the product within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returned items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
