ROBERLO 65674 - A-80 POLYESTER PUTTY GUN 1L

Sprayable polyester putty to level small irregularities on large areas.

A80 is a polyester putty applied by spray gun and especially designed for bodywork with smooth sanding, quick-drying and high levelling properties. Permits large thickness without risk of taking out. Notable among its characteristics is its great filling capacity, which permits the irregularities on the surface to be evened out. So, it is suitable to cover founding pieces.
A80 is applied on bare sheet steel, epoxy primers or original bodywork paints. In case of painting on epoxy primers, it’s recommended to recoat after 24h to ensure that primer is completely cured. In other case, lack of adhesion could appear. It must not be applied over thermoplastic or nitrosynthetic paints. It’s not necessary to dilute A80. In any case, it could be diluted with 5% of polyester thinner(based in esters and styrene monomer).
A80 must be sealed with a suitable primer filler (Megax, Multyfiller Plus, ...), in order to avoid the formation of blistering, before applying the finishing coat.
